At Orchid Graphics, we are committed to providing the best service to our customers and ensuring that our policies are clear. Please review the following terms regarding cancellation, refunds, and design modifications:

  1. Cancel order
  • If a cancellation request is made before work on the order has begun, the customer will be refunded in full.
  • If a cancellation request is made after the design process has started, 50% of the order value will be refunded to the customer.

  1. Design modifications
    Customers can request modifications to the design after delivery by contacting us via WhatsApp.

  2. Change design
    If the customer wishes to completely change the design after delivery, a fee of 50% of the order value will be charged to create a new design.
